Sweat & Strategy SessionFirst time guest — Welcome! This pass gives you access to attend a group lift session at any of our regular True Action sessions. Whether you are new to the gym or a seasoned lifter, we have a fitness level appropriate challenging workout for you. Workouts are approximately 45-60 mins and may include squats, lunges, presses, pulls and core work. Bring a water bottle and towel. All other equipment will be provided. Bring your questions and goals and we'll design a plan to get you started on your fitness journey.
